                        Flux-cored wire welding equipment is the fourth generation of the most advanced welding materials developed rapidly in recent years. It has been widely used in industrial developed countries because of its incomparable advantages of other welding materials, such as high efficiency, excellent workmanship, less spatter, high welding quality and easy automation.
                        A. Rolling Flux Cored Wire Production Line
                        The main features of this production line are: large filling ratio can be obtained, and different types of flux-cored wire products can be produced, with high output and low cost. Suitable for carbon steel, hard surfacing, carbide, stainless steel and high alloy type, large diameter flux cored wire production. Disadvantage: It is difficult to adjust because of the large number of rolls.

                        Technical description of rolling flux cored wire production line

                        1. Raw materials: A. Steel strip: width: 10-16 mm; thickness: 0.6-1.0 mm B. Filling powder: according to the formula information

                        2. Strip forming method: steel strip is rolled into shape by roll, and welding wire forming diameter is 3.2-3.8 mm. Direct I-wheel take-up. Turn round to finish drawing machine.

                        3. Filling rate of moulding machine: 15-25% (Filling ratio is determined according to the loose filling ratio of filling powder)

                        4. On-line cleaning of steel strip: Surface treatment of steel strip to facilitate the follow-up process. It can be cleaned online on rewinding production line and forming machine production line.

                        5. Number and dimension of main rolls of forming machine: 10-12 pairs of main rolls and dimension of rolls are 160mm, which can also be increased or decreased according to the specific requirements of users.

                        6. Drawing process: the number of head of drawing machine is 10-12.

                        7. Diameter of finished yarn: 0.8-1.6 mm
